We’ve been involved in volunteerism since long. We’ve also experienced our college days. There is politics in colleges. Youth members are cadres of some political parties. They are not united. Yes, we have to agree that there are certain interests and demands in favour of students and nation and society. Students have right to protest and demonstrate. We have experienced and supported movements of free-education and student rates in public transportation and more.
These are the things that inspires being Nepalese youth student.
BUT, the use of student life and campuses as building the political career, seeking interests of political parties and disturbing the academic environment makes us somehow sad.
Nepalese Youth, in some volunteering organisations exhibit very inspiring motif, that Together We Can change the World. This is actually the Glocal application as Nepalese Youth and the Youth of the rest of the World are linked more by the ICT and more cohesions. Even in the sector of volunteerism and sharings, we might have experienced some leg pullings.
Whatever, lets raise energy, commitments and voices : Youth of the World, Unite !!
